What size containers are used for salads?
Short answer
Single-serve salads usually go in 16–32 oz containers, family and food-service packs in 48–64 oz. AVI's rPET salad packs include the on-the-go AT 114 / 82, hinged TB 750 containers (TB 750 / 600 to TB 750 / 1400), larger AT 1800 containers (AT 1800 / 1000 to AT 1800 / 1750), and tamper-evident clamshells from 8 oz to 64 oz (TE 2200 / 64oz - TRF).

Hinged or tamper-evident
A hinged container re-closes and is the everyday choice for salad bars. A tamper-evident pack shows if it was opened before purchase, which grab-and-go and delivery buyers often ask for.
Shelf presence
Clear rPET lets the leaves sell the salad. Leave headroom above the leaves so the lid does not press them; flat lids also let packs stack in a chiller.
