How AVI Controls Consistency
Defined Sealing Formats & In-House Manufacturing
Different punnet dimensions and depths support selection around produce size, pack weight and sealing-tool requirements.
The sealing flange works with compatible lidding film and appropriate process settings. For MAP applications, assess the complete pack's ventilation and barrier requirements.
In-house tooling and thermoforming at our Daman facility support coordination between the punnet geometry, material specification and packing process.
