Overview

Eight PET Material Options for Food, Healthcare & Electronics

AVI Global Plast manufactures rigid PET sheets for thermoforming, printing and form-fill-seal applications. Our portfolio includes APET, rPET, PETG, GAGPET, ESD / anti-static materials, laminated films, ocean-bound plastic rPET and Starlinger deCON rPET, with virgin, recycled-content, multilayer and surface-treated options.

Manufactured at our Daman facility, our PET sheets serve food, retail, medical and electronics packaging applications. With extrusion, tooling and thermoforming capabilities in-house, AVI supports customers from material selection through finished-pack development.

What We Prove

Defined Specifications. Relevant Documentation. In-House Manufacturing.

Thickness Control at Extrusion

Sheet thickness is controlled during extrusion against the selected specification. Review the grade-specific range and applicable tolerances when selecting material for your process.

Verified Recycled Content

Recycled-content and traceability claims are supported by documentation applicable to the selected grade. Confirm the percentage, verification body and certificate scope for your order.

Documentation for Qualification

Food-contact, medical and ESD requirements depend on the material and intended use. AVI's team provides the available grade-specific information to support your qualification process.

Manufacturing Under One Roof

Extrusion, tooling and thermoforming capabilities at AVI's Daman facility support material supply and packaging development through one manufacturing partner.
