Since 1993, AVI Global Plast has developed PET sheets, PVC films and thermoformed rigid packaging to meet customers' product and processing requirements. Our integrated manufacturing facility in Daman brings material production and pack development together, supporting customers from sheet selection to finished packaging.

Vertically Integrated
Five Manufacturing Stages. One Integrated Facility.
Material production, tooling, printing and lamination, thermoforming, and quality validation come together at our Daman facility. Each order follows the stages required by its specification, keeping development and manufacturing closely connected.
Step 01
Material & Sheet Production
PET sheets and PVC films are manufactured to defined material specifications. Clarity, thickness and colour are controlled for the intended application, alongside material-specific properties such as intrinsic viscosity for PET.

Step 02
In-House Tool Development
Forming tools and cutting dies are developed and trialled on site. First-off samples allow our team to assess pack geometry and tooling performance before progressing to production.

Step 03
Printing & Lamination
Where specified, printing and lamination prepare the sheet for its intended appearance and performance. Registration and material compatibility are considered before subsequent conversion or forming.

Step 04
Thermoforming & Cutting
Sheet is formed and cut into punnets, clamshells, trays and blisters. For applications requiring printed or laminated material, preparation and forming are coordinated within the same facility.

Step 05
Quality Validation
Finished packaging is checked against the approved specification and agreed inspection plan. Dimensional checks, seal-strength testing and drop testing are applied where relevant, supported by batch records and applicable food-contact documentation.
