One Source. Films & Thermoforming.
Overview
Films — PET Sheets, PVC Films, High Barrier Films
Buying film from one supplier and tooling from another means every specification change has to survive two handoffs before it reaches production. AVI extrudes PET and PVC film, and thermoforms rigid packaging, from one facility in Daman — so a product family here is a starting point for a full pack, not just a material data sheet.

Selection Logic
Buy the material, or buy the finished pack
The first decision is not which product. It is where in your own process AVI needs to sit.
Material Family
Buy PET, rPET, PVC or barrier film as a specification you control — grade, recycled content and surface treatment set by you.
Barrier Structure
Buy a validated barrier structure — EVOH or nylon interlayers sized to your product's oxygen and moisture targets, not a generic film.
Forming Route
Buy the finished pack, thermoformed on AVI's own tooling, so the geometry is fixed once and repeated at volume.
Recycled Content
Buy at the recycled-content level your compliance or brand target needs, verified per grade rather than blended across the range.
What We Prove
What we prove, not just claim
Extruded, Tooled and Formed at One Facility
Films and thermoformed packaging both run through AVI's own Daman facility — a converter or brand doesn't need a separate film supplier and a separate former to align on one specification.
Application-Specific Grades, Not One Film for Everything
Each film grade (PET, PVC, high-barrier) and each thermoformed format is documented against a real application rather than sold as one general-purpose material for every use case.
ISCC PLUS, GRS and OBP Certified Where It Applies
Recycled-content lines carry ISCC PLUS mass-balance and GRS certification, with Ocean Bound Plastics certification available on qualifying rPET grades.
