AVI manufactures cherry tomato packaging for packing, transport and retail presentation. With 24 formats spanning hinged clamshells, heat-seal punnets and flowpack trays, our range supports different pack sizes and closure requirements while keeping delicate fruit clearly visible.

Manufactured at our Daman facility, our rPET packaging is supported by in-house extrusion, tooling and thermoforming. We help customers select the right format, with recycled-content information and applicable food-contact documentation available for the selected pack.

What clamshell sizes does AVI supply for cherry tomatoes?

The range includes PNG 125 clamshells with a 130 × 112 mm footprint and heights up to 69 mm; PNG 250 clamshells measuring 128 × 94 mm with heights of 55–75 mm; and PNG 600 clamshells measuring 185 × 121 mm with heights of 51–64 mm. Pack weights range from 13–17.5 g for PNG 125, 9–12 g for PNG 250 and 12–17 g for PNG 600, depending on the variant. These are packaging weights, not fruit fill capacities. AVI's team can help select a format for your required fill weight.

Is AVI's cherry tomato packaging made from recycled PET?

Yes. AVI offers rPET cherry tomato packaging using sheet extruded at our Daman facility. Contact our team for the recycled-content specification and applicable food-contact documentation for your selected pack.

Can AVI develop a custom clamshell size for cherry tomatoes?
