How AVI Controls Consistency

Crop-Specific Formats & Integrated Manufacturing

PNG-series specifications identify different cavity depths and capacities, helping match the format to produce dimensions and target pack weight.

In-house PET/rPET sheet production and thermoforming at our Daman facility support coordination between material and pack requirements.

For crops requiring a different format, AVI's tooling team can assess a design around the product and packing process.
