AVI offers packaging options for mandarins, figs, dragon fruit, pomegranate arils, raspberries and other seasonal or mixed fruit lines. Our range includes clamshells, heat-seal punnets, tamper-evident containers and overwrap trays, helping customers select an existing format suited to their fruit and packing method.
From compact fig punnets to larger dragon fruit packs, AVI supports format selection through in-house extrusion, tooling and thermoforming. Where a standard pack does not meet your requirements, our team can assess custom development around your product dimensions, fill weight and production needs.

Clamshell Punnets
Options range from a compact fig punnet with a 115 × 115 mm footprint and an empty-pack weight of 10.8 g to a larger dragon fruit punnet measuring 218 × 155 mm, with depths up to 105 mm and an empty-pack weight of 43 g. Select the footprint and depth to suit your fruit dimensions, arrangement and lid-clearance requirements.
Heat-Seal & Tamper-Evident Punnets
TBT heat-seal punnets and TE tamper-evident formats provide distinct closure options for arils, seeds and delicate mixed fruit. Choose heat-seal formats for compatible lidding-film applications or tamper-evident formats where visible evidence of opening is required.
Overwrap Trays
Overwrap trays with a 270 × 170 mm footprint and an empty-pack weight of 28 g offer an option for pomegranates, oranges and other retail fruit lines. AVI's team can help assess the tray against your fruit arrangement, fill weight and wrapping process.
In-House Extrusion & Tooling
Extrusion, tooling, mould development and thermoforming are managed in-house. This supports the assessment of existing formats and custom pack development for seasonal or specialty fruit lines, with project scope matched to your production requirements.
