AVI Global Plast offers 24 grape-packaging formats, including clamshells, heat-seal punnets and flowpack trays. The range covers smaller retail portions through larger export packs, with dimensions and depths selected around bunch size, target pack weight and packing requirements.

Manufactured at our Daman facility, the range includes container weights from 8.5 to 48 g. Format-specific ventilation and pack geometry support selection around product clearance, stacking and cold-chain handling.

What sizes do AVI's grape punnets come in?

AVI offers 24 formats, including a 128 × 94 × 55 mm clamshell for suitable 250 g portions and a 189 × 184 × 126 mm format for suitable 3 lb packs. Container weights range from 8.5 to 48 g across the range. Confirm the format against your grape variety, bunch dimensions and target fill weight.

Are AVI's grape punnets available in recycled PET?

Yes, rPET options are available. Contact AVI's team for the recycled-content percentage, post-consumer composition and food-contact documentation applicable to your selected pack and destination market.

What's the difference between clamshell and heat-seal grape punnets?

Clamshell punnets have an attached, hinged lid. Heat-seal punnets have a flange for compatible lidding film. Flowpack trays are a separate option, enclosed in film on a flow-wrapping line. Select the format around your equipment, ventilation and closure requirements.
