AVI Global Plast's fresh produce range includes clamshells, punnets, heat-seal formats and flowpacks, with cavity depth, capacity and ventilation selected around the crop. Formed from AVI's own PET sheet, the range spans PNG-series formats for different fruits and vegetables and licensed Q-Bic designs that support efficient nesting and transport-space use.

PNG-Series Clamshells for Different Crops
The PNG range includes formats for cherry tomatoes, kiwifruit, stone fruit and apples, with different cavity depths and capacities to suit product dimensions and pack weights.
Licensed Q-Bic Design for Efficient Packing
Manufactured under licence from Smart Packaging Industries AS, Norway, Q-Bic punnets use a cubic design to support compact nesting and efficient use of shipping space.
Ventilation & Cavity Depth Selected Around the Crop
Pack selection considers produce dimensions, ventilation and handling requirements. In-house PET sheet production and thermoforming at AVI's Daman facility support the development of suitable formats.
