PVC Film for Box Making, Print & Graphics Packaging
Overview
One PVC Line, Six Application-Specific Grades
A folding carton that won't hold register under UV print, or a display box that cracks on the fold line, costs a converter more in rework and rejected stock than the film itself. AVI supplies PVC film across the applications this industry runs on — box making, cards and identification, lamination, offset and digital printing, POS and display, binding covers — extruded and finished at one facility so the grade a printer approves on a sample run is the one that shows up on the production sheet.

What We Prove
What we prove, not just claim
Print-Reproduction Clarity and Consistent Embossing
AVI's PVC film for print and packaging converters (AVI Box, Card and Print grades) is extruded, tooled and finished at one Daman facility — a folding-carton or card order isn't waiting on a separate film supplier and a separate converter to align specs.
Die-Cut, Fold and Glue Without Cracking
Print-reproduction grades hold matte, gloss or embossed finish consistently, so offset, screen and UV printing register the same way on the hundredth sheet as the first.
In-House Extrusion Means Consistent Registration, Batch to Batch
AVI Card sits in this family by application even though its base resin is rPET/APET rather than PVC — worth knowing if a spec sheet calls for PVC specifically.
