ESD-Safe Packaging for Electronics & Industrial Components
Overview
Static-Dissipative to Anti-Static, From One Material Range
A component damaged by electrostatic discharge before it ever reaches the production line is a warranty claim traced back to the packaging, not the product. AVI manufactures ESD-safe PET, PETG and rPET sheet and formed trays — static dissipative and anti-static grades, 0.3 to 1.5mm gauge, tested to ASTM D618 — for PCBs, semiconductors, hard disk components and industrial parts.

What We Prove
What we prove, not just claim
Two Resistivity Bands, One Supplier
AVI's ESD sheet measures 10⁶ to 10⁹ ohms/sq surface resistivity — the dissipative band of the ESD spectrum, as per ASTM D618 — not a single generic 'ESD-safe' rating applied everywhere.
0.3 to 1.5mm Gauge Range
Coated anti-static virgin and recycled PET sheet, extruded in-house, from 0.3 to 1.5mm gauge in clear, black or white.
ASTM D618 Compliant
Conditioned and tested to ASTM D618 for humidity and temperature — the standard protocol for verifying ESD material performance, not an internal test method.
