AVI Global Plast offers cherry packaging across six product codes, including PNG hinged clamshells, TBT heat-seal punnets and TE tamper-evident formats. Different footprints, depths and closures support selection around cherry size, target pack weight and retail presentation.

Manufactured at our Daman facility, the range is supported by in-house sheet production, tooling and thermoforming. Discuss product clearance, ventilation and handling requirements alongside the rPET specification and applicable food-contact documentation.

Options include the PNG 490/85 clamshell at 190 × 115 × 85 mm and 18 g; TBT heat-seal formats at 184 × 117.5 mm, with depths of 40 or 50 mm and weights of 8.5–10.8 g; and TE formats at 145 × 128 × 50 mm and 18 g. Contact AVI's team to confirm the selected variant and suitable fill weight.

Are AVI's cherry clamshells tamper-evident?

Tamper-evident options are available in the TE 300 series. The standard PNG hinged clamshell and TBT heat-seal punnets use different closure systems. Contact AVI's team for the opening indicator and closing requirements of your selected format.

Is AVI's cherry packaging available in recycled PET?

Yes, rPET options are available. Request the recycled-content percentage, post-consumer composition and food-contact documentation for the selected material.
