AVI manufactures rigid packaging for bakery and desserts, deli and salads, snacks and dry fruits, meat and protein, dairy and eggs, and fresh-cut and snacking applications. Our range includes hinged containers, food-to-go packs, tamper-evident formats and overwrap trays, with closure and barrier options selected around the food and its distribution requirements.
With extrusion, tooling and thermoforming at our Daman facility, AVI supports material selection through finished-pack development. Our rPET options help customers address recycled-content requirements while sourcing packaging for multiple food categories from one manufacturing partner.

Selection Logic
Choose the Material or the Finished Pack
Start with your production process: select sheet for your own forming operation or a finished pack ready for filling. Then match the material, structure and format to your application.
Material Family
Select the material and pack format around the food, storage conditions and retail channel. Hinged containers, food-to-go packs and tamper-evident clamshells offer different closure and handling options before dimensions are finalised.
Barrier Structure
Identify whether the application needs a closure, a sealed lid, leak resistance or a gas barrier. Match the pack structure and sealing system to the food and packing process; these features are not interchangeable.
Forming Route
Choose material supply for your own forming line or finished packaging thermoformed by AVI. Our finished PET packs are formed from sheet extruded in-house, linking material production with pack development.
Recycled Content
rPET material options span 30–100% recycled content, depending on the grade. Ask AVI's team to confirm the recycled-content level, post-consumer share and supporting documentation available for your selected pack and application.

rPET with Food-Contact Documentation
