Clamshell Formats for Stone Fruit Packing & Retail
AVI offers 17 packaging formats across its stone fruit range, with options for peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines and cherries. Formats include the PNG 251, PNG 252 and PNG 750 clamshell series, with heights up to 125 mm to accommodate different fruit sizes and packing arrangements.
Our rPET packaging is supported by in-house extrusion, tooling and thermoforming. AVI helps customers select the appropriate footprint and depth for their fruit, pack count and handling requirements, with applicable material and food-contact documentation available from our team.

A Choice of Footprints & Depths
The PNG 251 and PNG 252 series offer a 190 × 115 mm footprint, while the PNG 750 series provides a wider 188 × 144 mm format with heights from 65–125 mm. This choice helps match packaging to fruit dimensions and arrangement, with taller formats available where additional lid clearance is needed.
In-House Extrusion & Tooling
In-house extrusion, tooling and thermoforming support standard pack supply and custom development. Our wider portfolio of more than 20 punnet formats helps packhouses source multiple sizes from one manufacturing partner.
rPET with Food-Contact Documentation
