GAGPET
GAGPET Sheets for Blister, Box & Medical Packaging
Overview
Three-Layer PET Sheets with an APET Core & PETG Surfaces
AVI Global Plast manufactures GAGPET sheets with an APET middle layer and PETG outer layers, combining APET's cost advantages with PETG's surface and sealing properties. This co-extruded structure supports blister, box and medical packaging applications requiring clarity and processability.
Manufactured at our Daman facility, our GAGPET offering also includes GRGPET with recycled PET in the middle layer. Select the structure and dimensions around your forming, sealing and application requirements, with grade-specific information available from AVI's team.
Material Fit
Is GAGPET right for your process?
Blister Packaging
For formed packaging requiring clarity and suitable sealing properties. Discuss cavity dimensions, forming conditions and the intended sealing system.
Box Packaging
For converted packaging where appearance and surface properties matter. Specify sheet dimensions and the cutting, printing or assembly requirements for your format.
Medical Packaging
For applications requiring a combination of forming and sealing performance. Discuss the selected grade's suitability for the pack design and intended EtO sterilisation process.
Recycled-Core Packaging
Explore GRGPET where recycled material is required in the middle layer. Contact AVI's team for the available composition and total recycled-content percentage.

PETG outer layers provide surface and sealing properties around an APET core.
Clarity & Processability
The material combines clear presentation with processing properties suited to blister, box and medical packaging.
Recycled-Core Option
GRGPET uses rPET in the middle layer, providing an alternative structure for projects with recycled-content requirements.
Sealing & Sterilisation Requirements
Discuss sealing conditions and EtO compatibility for the selected grade and finished-pack design.
