What We Prove
Material Options Backed by Manufacturing Experience
Integrated Extrusion & Lamination
Our manufacturing capabilities bring together film production and lamination, supporting control over the selected packaging structure.
Barrier Performance Matched to the Product
EVOH and PA options address different barrier and mechanical requirements. Select the structure around oxygen sensitivity, moisture protection, puncture risk and intended storage conditions.
Compatibility with Packaging Equipment
Film options support thermoforming and form-fill-seal equipment, including Multivac, Veripack, Variovac and Ulma systems. Discuss the specific machine, tooling and operating conditions with AVI's team.
Recycled PET Base Options
Base films containing up to 100% rPET are available for suitable constructions. The recycled-content percentage of the complete laminate depends on its full layer composition.
Pre-Printed Packaging
Pre-printed film options incorporate graphics into the formed pack, offering an alternative to separate labels where the packaging design allows.
Export Experience
AVI supplies customers in Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and Europe, supporting packaging projects across different market requirements.
