Overview

Recycled PET Sheets with 30% to 100% Recycled Content

AVI Global Plast manufactures rPET sheets for thermoforming, box packaging, printing, lamination and form-fill-seal applications. Available with recycled-content levels from 30% to 100%, our offering uses pre-consumer and post-consumer PET to meet different material and packaging requirements.

Manufactured at our Daman facility, our rPET sheets are available in a range of thicknesses, widths and finishes. Grade-specific recycled-content documentation and food-contact information support customers in material selection, qualification and packaging development.

Thermoforming

For trays, punnets, clamshells and other formed packaging requiring a specified recycled-content level. Discuss cavity depth, tooling, clarity and processing conditions with AVI's team.

Laminated Films

For use within laminated packaging structures. Select the base sheet around forming, bonding, sealing and barrier requirements.

Box Packaging

For converted boxes and window packaging. Specify sheet dimensions, finish and presentation requirements alongside the required recycled content.

Choice of Recycled Content

Choose from published options of 30%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95% or 100% recycled PET. Confirm the pre-consumer and post-consumer composition for the selected grade.

Dimensions for Your Process

Sheets are available from 150 to 1,300 microns thick and 50 to 1,500 mm wide. Discuss the available combinations for your equipment and packaging format.

Surface & Appearance Options

Gloss, matte and embossed finishes provide options for forming, printing and presentation requirements.

Grade-Specific Verification

Review the recycled-content and traceability documents applicable to your selected material. Food-contact requirements are assessed separately for the intended use.
