AVI Blis
AVI Blis PVC Films for Pharmaceutical Blister Packaging
Overview
DMF-Registered PVC Film for Pharmaceutical Blisters
AVI Blis is AVI Global Plast's DMF-registered PVC film for pharmaceutical blister packaging. Manufactured on calendering lines, it combines thermoforming and heat-sealing properties with chemical resistance, puncture resistance and shrinkage control.
Available from 150 to 800 microns in transparent, translucent and opaque options, AVI Blis offers cold-crack resistance and a PVDC coating option for additional barrier requirements. Grade-specific material and regulatory information supports selection around your product, packaging process and qualification needs.
Material Fit
Is AVI Blis right for your process?
Pharmaceutical Blister Packaging
For applications requiring a PVC forming film with suitable thermoforming and sealing properties. Discuss cavity dimensions, draw depth, lidding compatibility and production conditions.
Cold-Crack-Sensitive Applications
For packaging where the film's response to lower temperatures matters. Confirm the specification against your storage, handling and distribution conditions.
PVDC-Coated Barrier Blisters
For products with additional barrier requirements. Discuss the coating specification and available performance information against the product's moisture and oxygen sensitivity.
