PET Sheets & Trays for Static-Control Packaging
Static-sensitive electronics require packaging with defined electrical properties. AVI Global Plast supplies coated anti-static and static-dissipative sheets and trays in APET and rPET, supporting applications across electronic components and assembly kits.
Our offering brings together material supply and tray development, with gauge, colour and electrical requirements specified for the intended application. Recycled PET is available as a base material within the ESD range; electrical performance depends on the selected ESD grade.

What We Prove
The AVI Advantage
Resistivity Bands
AVI's ESD material measures 10⁶ to 10⁹ ohms/sq surface resistivity — the dissipative band of the ESD spectrum, as per ASTM D618 — on either an APET or verified rPET base with anti-static coating.
Gauge & Colour Range
0.3 to 1.5mm gauge in clear, black or white, as coated anti-static virgin or recycled PET sheet — sheet or formed tray, from the same material.
In-House Extrusion & Tooling
Extruded, tooled and formed under one roof at AVI's Daman facility, and conditioned/tested to ASTM D618 rather than an internal-only test method.
