AVI's Daman facility brings together sheet manufacturing and thermoforming, supporting coordination between material specifications, tooling and finished-pack requirements.
Licensed Q-Bic Punnet Design
The fresh-produce range includes Q-Bic punnets, manufactured under licence from Smart Packaging Industries AS, Norway. The cubic design supports efficient nesting and transport-space use.
Custom Tooling for Product-Specific Formats
In-house tooling and thermoforming support packaging developed around non-standard product dimensions, cavity layouts and packing requirements.
