The AVI Advantage
Hinged Containers
Hinged containers with empty-pack weights of 21–39 g offer options for individual portions through to larger prepared-salad packs. Integrated lids keep the container and closure together, with format selection based on portion volume, product height and handling requirements.
On-the-Go Packs
On-the-go formats with empty-pack weights starting at 7.5 g provide compact options for single-serve salads and cut fruit. Choose the container depth and closure around your portion size and retail presentation.
Tamper-Evident Containers
Formats from 8 oz retail packs to 64 oz foodservice containers offer a choice of sizes for prepared foods. Tamper-evident features, including flap options on selected variants, provide visible evidence of opening; AVI's team can confirm the feature available for your chosen pack.
Cut-Fruit & Salad Trays
Rectangular TBT-series trays provide wider, shallower options for cut fruit and prepared salads, with overwrap variants weighing 8–22 g empty. Heat-seal punnets offer a separate route for film-lidded applications; select the exact format according to your wrapping or sealing process.
In-House Extrusion & Tooling
Extrusion, tooling, mould development and thermoforming are managed in-house. This supports coordinated material selection and custom container development for new portion sizes, product arrangements and packing-line requirements.
