What is a hinged-lid container, and which sizes does AVI make?

Short answer

A hinged-lid container is a one-piece tray and lid joined by a hinge, so it closes without a separate lid. AVI makes them in rPET for salads, cut fruit, herbs and snacks, from the AT 350 / 240 (145 × 100 × 35 mm) to the AT 1800 / 1750 (218 × 155 × 85 mm), and for bakery and deli in the AT 250 to AT 500 ranges.

What does hinged lid mean?

The lid is attached to the base along one edge, so it swings open and shut like a box instead of lifting off.
