What is AEO T2 certification?
Short answer
AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) is a customs programme that recognises secure, compliant exporters and importers. In India it is run by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) under the World Customs Organization's SAFE Framework, in tiers T1, T2 and T3; certified companies get faster, simpler customs clearance. AVI Global Plast announced AEO-T2 status in April 2023.
